Due to the intimate nature of swimwear and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges if the hygienic liner has been removed or if the item shows signs of wear, perfume , deodorant, or washing.

I offer exchange for size only ( if it's available) . You have 7 days from delivery to request a size exchange. Item must unworn , unwashed, with tags and hygienic liner intact . Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Important - Small Atelier Notice : As JainaBeachwearatelier is a small handmade atelier, I produce limited quantities. I cannot guarantee the exact same color or print will be available for a replacement. In case the original fabric is no longer available, I will offer a replacement in similar style or a store credit of the same value.

With your order number. Sale items and custom orders are final sale .

Damaged or defective items: Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos. I will replace it at no cost.
